2. Ordering from ATELIER AGNELE
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we dispatch the order. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse to accept an order: (a) where goods are not available; (b) where we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment; (c) if there has been a pricing or product description error; or (d) if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

3.1 Where we charge separately for packing, postage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.2 Our prices are reviewed periodically. Any prices shown on the website are current for the product at that time.
4. Cancellation and Returns Policy
4.1 If you wish to cancel your order:
(a) you can notify us by email to info@atelier-agnele.com. before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) Where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 below.
4.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.
4.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
4.4 The rights to return the goods to us as referred to in clause 4.3 will not apply in the following circumstances: - in the event that the product has been used or damaged by you in any way
The provisions of this clause 4.4 do not affect your statutory rights.

DELIVERY
At Atelier Agnele we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible.
To this end, we have several delivery services available and where possible you can choose how you would like your order to be delivered.
However, please note that the delivery of your order may be restricted to a particular service depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
1. The item you have chosen is in stock
2. The delivery address has been verified
3. Payment has been approved
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order and then a further email confirming dispatch of your order along with your order reference number. Orders can be delivered to either a business or residential address; however some packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Atelier Agnele will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
The price providing below for delivery charges do not apply to the following postal area GY et JE.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days for items that are in stock and being sent to an address within the UK. Standard delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order: £1.95 (small), £4.95 (medium), £6.95 (large) and £9.95 (extra large). Please note:
- Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail
- Unfortunately we can not deliver on public holidays so in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Express Next Day Delivery
Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays. Express next day delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order: £14.95(medium), £24.95(large) and £37.50(extra large). Please note:
- From Monday to Thursday orders must be placed by 1.00pm to ensure delivery the next day.
- Orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered in two working days.
- Where parcels have been sent by courier you will be asked for a signature on receipt.
- If you are not around to take delivery of your order, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or to book a re-delivery.
- Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8.30am and 6.30pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
International Delivery
For International delivery contact us directly, we will provide a quotation for delivery before confirming your order ! We are able to deliver most items all over the world. Items that we cannot ship outside of UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland include particularly heavy and bulky items such as furniture. Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 4-8 working days. Atelier Agnele is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs and sales tax which must be paid before you receive your goods. Please note that delays can occur in customs which are beyond our control.

Return policy
We constantly strive to ensure that the products we bring to your door are of the highest quality. However if, for any reason, you wish to return your purchase, we will refund or exchange items that are sent back to us within 10 days - all we ask is that you return items in a saleable condition, unworn, with the original packaging and labelling intact. Although we are not able to refund P&P charges or returns postage, Atelier Agnele will never charge to send an exchange item to you. Please note that we advise you to obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for returns
Exceptions
Customer service is of premier importance to us at atelier-agnele.com. Your confidence in us and the service we provide is our primary priority.
We believe our returns policy is fair and open, however, there are some stipulations that we make in the interest of efficiency:
Returns
In the event of refunded return, we require that you return the new and unused goods to us with all the original labelling attached within 10 days (UK), 14 Days (International) of receiving the goods. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in its saleable condition. atelier-agnele.com will not accept returns or exchange for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or tags removed or have suffered even minimum deterioration, and must be in a stage of perfect cleaneless. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. There is no return or exchange for sale items. Please note, atelier-agnele.com cannot refund shipping and/or delivery charges whether they be within the UK or abroad. We ask that all International customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes can not be refunded. All items purchased on the Atelier-Agnele.com web site must be returned to our head office at the responsibility of the sender. Atelier Agnele cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned. Please note, there is no return or exchange on made to order items or large furniture.
Exchange
In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. We can only exchange an item for a different size, style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting atelier-agnele.com with 'EXCHANGE' in your subject heading. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check back at the Atelier.
How to proceed with your return or exchange
Please email us at info@atelier-agnele.com to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. In your subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE.
Indicate whether you would like to make a return or exchange and state the desired item(s), size, colour etc. Exchanges will be subject to our stock availability.
Securely wrap and package the item with a note detailing your request and send to our head office address.
Please send your return or exchange to Atelier Agnele – 40, Mundania road- SE22 0NW London. We recommend that you send all items insured and/or registered when sent through the mail as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.
Receiving a refund
Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated timeframe unless otherwise authorized by us at Atelier Agnele, we will begin to process your refund request. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers’ credit card including VAT for all EU country customer excluding shipping charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Atelier-Agnele.com.
Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Atelier Agnele reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which Atelier Agnele can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise organized). Atelier Agnele will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed.
A refund or exchange will not be issued for items which fail to meet our standards set forth above.
